We ultimately want to service the needs of the intimate weddings. We believe your day should have everything you would have if you had 150 guests but truly only want 20 or so.

We can offer you an inclusive package or just help out for the hands on bride.

We have lovely  white chairs for guests, tables with white table cloths and napkins, ceremony site with draping available,  silk or fresh floral arbour arrangements, an array of vintage looking decor,  Edison string lit dance area, DJ stage, Bar area, fresh floral centerpieces or silk florals.

There is a campground with cabins 8 minutes down the road at The Goldpanner Campground, we can accommodate a few self contained trailers for guests staying one night. 

Up to 35 guests inclusive $4800.00

36 to 50 guests $5800.00

51 to 60 guests $6500.00

61 to 75 guests $8500.00

76 to 100 guests $10500.00

101 to 125 guests $12500.00 

Call for details of larger events

Access is Day before from 9 am to 8 pm, exclusive use of property day of 9 am to 11:59 pm and day after from 9 am to 1 pm.

You are responsible for event insurance min. 5 million liability,  liquor license  we need copies of both,  DJ or band(quiet time is 11 pm end time is 12 am), Marriage  Commissioner, Wedding cake, bartender, photographer.

Catering is available at an extra cost . You are welcome to bring in your own caterers and or food trucks. 

DIY Weddings alternative. 

You supply own rentals, florals and decor. 

We supply day of staffing for errands, set up and during day help, teardown clean up and venue location.

$2000.00 for up to 125 guests

We require $500.00 non refundable deposit at booking. We will be available to any other bookings up until your deposit is paid then we are exclusively booked for you only for the day of your event.
