The venue itself is $650.00 with a $300.00 non refundable deposit to confirm booking.
We charge a $400.00 damage deposit for the property which is fully refunded if the property is left without damage and is thoroughly cleaned up including all garbage/ bottles taken away.
Damage deposit is only $250.00 if you book us for the clean up and teardown.
Florals are dependant on budget, number of arrangements and complexity, tables, chairs, linens, and tent rentals are varying charges.

We also offer day of prep and maintenance, we set up chairs, tables, remove trash as needed, clean up throughout the day, and final clean up of area and teardown after the event, at an additional cost of $950.00 to $1800.00.
